    The prayerline is a group of volunteers who pledge to pray for the needs of persons of the Parish. When a parishioner contacts a prayer line spokesperson, the phone tree is activated to immediately involve a list of people to pray individually for the person in need.

    Lord’s Diner

    Volunteers serve the needy a hot meal each evening. Christ the King is responsible for one meal per month. Daytime volunteers assist chefs in preparation of the meals. Evening volunteers serve the meals. A current Food Handlers Certificate is required.

    Respect Life promotes activities within the parish related to this effort. Members lead the Rosary for Life each Monday night in the church at 8:15 pm and other activities to promote the Gospel of Life.

    Volunteers deliver meals to the elderly who are shut-ins and are unable to provide meals for themselves. Our parish is responsible for Meals four weekends a year.
